HOW TO USE

Step 1: Preparation
Before use, wash the tongue cleaner with water and soap to ensure it is clean and hygienic.
Step 2: Positioning
Face a mirror, open your mouth, and stick out your tongue.
Step 3: Placement
Gently place the U-shaped end (or scraping edge) of the tongue cleaner at the very back of your tongue. Note: Be careful not to place it too far back to avoid triggering the gag reflex.
Step 4: Scraping
Using uniform and gentle pressure, scrape from the back of your tongue towards the tip in a single, smooth motion. Do not scrape back and forth.
Step 5: Rinsing
After each scrape, rinse off the accumulated coating and debris from the cleaner under running water.
Step 6:Repeating

Repeat steps 3 to 5, about 5 to 8 times, or until no more residue is being removed.
