HOW TO USE
Generously apply massage oil, lotion, or special Gua Sha oil to the skin. This is essential to prevent friction and skin damage.
Hold the Tool: Hold the scraper at a 30 to 45-degree angle to your skin. Avoid holding it too flat or at a 90-degree angle.
Back & Limbs: Generally, follow the principle of "scraping downward and outward." For example, start below the neck and scrape down along either side of the spine.
Neck: Only scrape the back and sides of the neck, always moving downward with very light pressure.
Repeat each stroke 10-20 times per area, or until the skin becomes warm and shows mild redness or petechiae ("sha").
Aftercare:
After scraping, gently pat the area with a clean paper towel to absorb excess oil.
