Step 1: Prepare your skin Apply facial oil, massage oil or cream on the target area to reduce friction and avoid skin irritation.

Step 2: Hold the gua sha tool properly Grip the handle of the antler massager comfortably. Use gentle, controllable pressure. Do not scrape with excessive force.

Step 3: Scrape or massage along meridian direction

• For face: Slide gently upward and outward along facial lines for lifting massage.
• For neck & shoulder: Scrape from the base of neck toward shoulders to release stiff muscles.
• For body: Follow the direction of lymph flow and muscle texture. You can also use the rounded protrusions for targeted acupoint pressing.
